This patient had gastric bypass surgery, and maintained her 80 pound weight loss for two years.  Three months after getting an abdominoplasty and breast reduction, the patient had a formal thigh lift and an arm lift.  48 grams of tissue were removed from the right arm, and 68 grams from the left arm after 350 mL of fat was removed via liposuction from each side.
