Procedures Depicted: Arm Lift (Brachioplasty)

This patient had lap band surgery and lost 180 pounds.  Her weight has been stable for years.    She had bilateral brachioplasty to remove the excess skin on her arms.  A longitudinal incision with tip Z-plasty medially was performed with 74 grams of tissue removed from the left arm, and 64 grams from the right arm.
