Case 154

Patient had a history of varicose veins, swelling and painful legs.  Both legs were treated with endovenous laser ablaltion, radio frequency ablation, and echosclerotherapy.  The left leg was also treated with ligation of incompetent perforator.

Case 132

Patient had vein reflux on her right leg.  High thigh ligation was performed on the great saphenous vein, endovenous laser ablation on the small saphenous vein, and echosclerotherapy and stab phlebectomy for the remaining varicosities.
