Procedures Depicted: Endovenous Laser Ablation Sclerotherapy

This is 49 year old male patient complained of aching, pain, heaviness, tiredness, fatigue, swollen ankles, leg cramps, throbbing and restlessness in his legs. His left leg was more affected than the right leg. Compression stockings, which were worn for eight months, and leg elevation provided minimal relief. In order to address his varicose veins and venous insufficiency, high thigh ligation was performed on the left leg, and endovenous laser ablation and echo sclerotherapy on both legs.
