Procedures Depicted: Endovenous Laser Ablation Radiofrequency Ablation Sclerotherapy

57 year old male patient complained of aching, pain, heaviness, tiredness, fatigue, itching, burning, swollen ankles, leg cramps, throbbing and restlessness in his legs.  The symptoms had begun to interfere with his daily activities.  Ultrasound revealed venous reflux disease and varicosities in the left leg, and incompetent perforators in both legs.  Patient had EVLA, RFA, sclerotherapy and I&D to correct all his problems.
