This 54 year old female patient had bilateral varicose veins of the lower extremities with pain. She had EVLA and echo sclerotherapy with ultrasound guidance on both legs. The patient has noticed that her morning 'achiness and heaviness' in her legs has resolved, and she feels that her legs overall feel "healthier.”
