This 42 year old patient complained of bilateral vein problems, such as aching, pain, heaviness, tiredness, fatigue and throbbing.  She had restless sensation in her legs as well as swelling of her ankles that was worse after she has been on her feet for a long time.  She was unable to be as active as she would have normally liked because of the swelling. She had worn compression stockings, but that did not seem to help much. An ultrasound revealed severe vein reflux disease in both legs.  She had RF ablation, EVLA, and echo sclerotherapy on both legs.  After the vein treatments, the patient no longer has leg swelling, pain, or achiness, and is also happy with the appearance of her legs.
