50 year old patient was diagnosed with stage IV cancer in her right breast. Prior to surgery, she had significant drooping of her breasts. She underwent chemotherapy and had a bilateral inverted T mastectomy without preservation of the nipple areola complex. She had immediate reconstruction with tissue expansion with Alloderm. Because she desired smaller breasts, she settled on Allergan Natrelle® Style 410 moderate height full projection implants in size 295cc. After her reconstruction surgery, she had a nipples tattooed by Cliff at Oshkosh Tattoo & Good Girl Piercing (920-230-6611), and underwent radiation of the right breast. After two years, she is still free of cancer and has resumed her active lifestyle of a runner and mother with school age children.
