This 54 year old patient did not like the laxity or heaviness of her neck. It was not as much fatty as muscular laxity. She did not have any significant jowls that warranted a face lift, but really needed more lateral neck tightening. During the neck lift surgery, Dr. Janssen secured the platysma to the muscle, trimmed the excess skin, performed liposuction on the submental neck, and injected the fat into her nasolabial folds.Photos are post 6 weeks.
