Procedures Depicted: Breast Augmentation

Small breasted (cup size A) patient breast fed both her children and lost 25 pounds, which resulted in deflated breasts. She wished for a B cup size. There was slight breast asymmetry with the left nipple and gland drooping more than the right side. In order to minimize sagging of the skin, the doctor felt that he needed larger implants due to the laxity of the skin. Patient had bilateral Mentor style 4000 silicone implants – smooth, round, high profile. She healed well from the surgery, and is very happy with the results.
