Procedures Depicted: Body Lift

This 26 year old female patient had undergone a laparoscopic gastric band procedure to lose almost 200 pounds.  This left her with excess skin, which was corrected with a circumferential body lift and a medial thigh lift.  Liposuction removed 450cc of fat from each thigh.  299g of skin was removed from the right inner thigh, and 269g from the left inner thigh.  The excised abdominal pannus weighed 3312g.  The excised right buttock tissue weighed 1245g, and the left buttock tissue 1106g.
