From Hwy 41 North: Visiting us from Green Bay or towns north of Oshkosh for plastic surgery in Wisconsin? HWY 41 runs through the city of Oshkosh. Heading Hwy 41 S in Oshkosh, exit on HWY 21. Make a right turn heading west on HWY 21. At the second set of stop lights turn left (Westhaven Drive). Westhaven Drive intersects with Witzel Avenue. Turn left on Witzel Avenue. The Renaissance Center is located on the left at 2400 Witzel Avenue.

From Highway 41 North, take Exit 144 to County Road East South/Ballard Road North. Keep right at the fork, and follow signs for Ballard Road South/Appleton, merging onto North Ballard Road/County Road East (south). Turn left onto East Capitol Drive. Our office is in the Encircle Health building on the left.

From Highway 41 South: Coming from Green Bay and other cities north of Appleton? Our Appleton office is easily accessible from Highway 41. From Highway 41 South, take Exit 144 for Ballard Road/County Road East. Keep left at the fork, and follow the signs for Ballard Road South/Appleton. Turn left onto County Road East (south)/North Ballard Road. Take the third left onto East Capitol Drive. Our office is in the Encircle Health building on the left.
