From Highway 41 North, take Exit 144 to County Road East South/Ballard Road North. Keep right at the fork, and follow signs for Ballard Road South/Appleton, merging onto North Ballard Road/County Road East (south). Turn left onto East Capitol Drive. Our office is in the Encircle Health building on the left. At Encircle, bypass central registration and go directly to Fox Valley Plastic Surgery at the left.

From Madison: Take US-151 N to WI-26 N/WI-26 Trunk N in Waupun. Take exit 148 from US-151 N. Get on I-41/US-41 N in Nekimi. Continue onto WI-26 N/WI-26 Trunk N. Continue onto County Hwy N. Turn left to merge onto I-41/US-41 N. From Highway 41, take exit 144 for County Road E S/Ballard Road N. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Ballard Rd/Appleton and merge onto N Ballard Rd/County Rd E (South). Turn left onto E Capitol Dr. Encircle Health will be on the left at 2500 E.
