Dr. Janssen is the founder of the practice. He is a member of several prestigious professional associations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the Northwest Society of Plastic Surgeons, among others. He also participates in research and publishes work on the subjects of general and plastic surgery.

Dr. Doubek specializes in both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. He believes in the importance of educating patients and their families on the risks and benefits of surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the Priestly Society.
