Cathy Hagene, General Manager

Cathy coordinates business operations, human resources, public relations, sales and marketing efforts for the practice. She supervises staff as it relates to performance of daily operations and workflow. She has more than 25 years of experience in office administration and customer service, including a management role with a local healthcare provider.

Kristin Shefchik, BSN, RN, CPSN

Kristin Shefchik, BSN, RN, CPSN, has training that positions the practice as experts in cosmetic surgery. She graduated in 1996 from Marian College of Fond du Lac with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing degree. She then practiced at Mercy Medical Center in Labor and Delivery, Level II Nursery, Pediatrics, and Women's Health nursing. In 2003, she began with Fox Valley Plastic Surgery and two years later earned her Certified Plastic Surgical Nurse (CPSN) certification. Kristin has intensive training in laser aesthetics and injectables. She loves to make a difference; and the best part of her day is to see the face of a happy patient with improved self esteem.

Nicole Blair, MediSpa and Product Sales Supervisor

Nicole's passion for the medical and aesthetics industry is a perfect match for her marketing, creativity and entrepreneurial skills. Nicole brings a high level of skincare expertise with impeccable people-skills. Her vision for the Renaissance MediSpa is to make everyone's skin achieve a healthy glow with state-of-the-art treatments, services and products.

Anne Wegner, Aesthetician

Anne has been with our practice since 1996 and has been a licensed aesthetician for over 5 years. She performs all aspects of services in our spa, from facial peels to body wraps. Anne consistently excels in every facet of medispa client care, and is committed to improve the overall health and appearance of her clients' skin.

Kathleen Kleinhans, Aesthetician

Kathleen met Dr. David Janssen 5 years ago when she was in his care as a breast cancer patient. During her recovery period, she attended Lakeview school of Esthetics where she received her license in skin care; with continued education and certificates in reflexology, lymphatic massage and professional make-up. She is thankful to Dr. Janssen and the staff for the professional and knowledgeable care they gave her as a breast reconstruction patient. Her body was restored to a very natural state. Today, she is pleased to be a part of that staff, aspiring to helping others feel and look better. In her words, "I am a Survivor!"

Rachel Molash, NCTMB Certified Massage Therapist

Rachel has been a part of the healthcare field for over 7 years, most of which has been spent as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Her passion of caring for people inspired her to become a Certified Massage Therapist so that she would be able to provide more personalized care to each individual client. She loves being able to allow her clients complete relaxation through touch therapy. Rachel is state certified in the state of Wisconsin as well as nationally certified under the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB).

Scheduling and Patient Relations Team

Julie Ader, Surgery Scheduler and Patient Relations Supervisor

Julie comes to Fox Valley Plastic Surgery with over 23 years in the healthcare industry, most of which was in ophthalmology. As Surgery Scheduling and Patient Relations Supervisor, she is responsible for quoting and scheduling of surgeries and for the overall performance of the patient relations specialists.

Robin Fink, Patient Relations Specialist

Robin's administrative position is to coordinate reception and patient flow at the front desk. With over 11 years of experience in various customer service settings, you are sure to feel valued and comfortable in Robin's care as her priority is to assist and serve with the highest quality of care.

Mandy Kehoe, Patient Relations Specialist

Mandy is one of the initial employees to greet you when arriving at Fox Valley Plastic Surgery. Her cheery warm smile will make you feel at ease when checking in for your appointment. With over six years of experience in various customer service settings, she is always happy to help you in any way that she can, as her priority is to assist and serve with the highest quality of care.

Amber Pickett, Patient Care Specialist/Surgical Assistant

Amber works in our practice to assist the needs of our providers to assure quality patient care. She will prepare for your visit in such a way that you feel confident and well cared for. Amber is currently pursuing a nursing degree at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Stephanie Tsai, Patient Care Specialist/Surgical Assistant

Stephanie is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and care to all our patients throughout their surgical needs. Her passion and desire is to help assist the providers to assure that quality care is being met for every patient.

Amy Knetter, Patient Care Specialist/Surgical Assistant

Amy provides a high level of quality patient care while assisting our providers. Her high energy and dedication to meet the needs of the patient is her top priority while assisting and serving them with the highest of quality care.

Billing and Insurance Team

Cindy Ramsey, Accounting and Collections Supervisor

Cindy is a 14 year veteran with Fox Valley Plastic Surgery. Cindy brings value to her role as the Accounting and Collections Supervisor and is responsible for the overall accounting functions for the practice.

Dianne Rosenthal, Billing and Insurance Claims Coordinator

Dianne is responsible for all billing and insurance issues and is the valuable interface with the insurance companies for reconstructive surgery patients, assisting them in obtaining maximum coverage for their care.
