Cathy Hagene, General Manager

Cathy coordinates business operations, human resources, public relations, sales and marketing efforts for the practice. She supervises staff as it relates to performance of daily operations and workflow. She has more than 25 years of experience in office administration and customer service, including a management role with a local healthcare provider.

Cindy Clifford-Augsburger, BSN, RN

Cindy performs laser skin rejuvenation and administers injections of Botox® and cosmetic fillers. She also provides management assistance for Fox Valley Plastic Surgery’s Medical Weight Loss Center. Cindy has sixteen years of experience with heathcare providers in the Fox Cities. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from UW Oshkosh. She joined Fox Valley Plastic Surgery to help people reach their fullest potential. Specifically for patients recovering from cancer, she is looking forward to helping them feel whole again.

Denise Winek, RN

Denise Winek is responsible for leading the community outreach efforts of the Medical Weight Loss center and providing care for patients enrolled in the program. Denise, originally from Portland, Oregon, brings 31 years of nursing experience to the practice, with 16 of those years in holistic wellness. Her last seven years have been focused on aesthetics, an area of concentration she is passionate about. She looks forward to helping Medical Weight Loss patients enjoy the process while taking the program seriously.

Cindy Ramsey, Accounting and Collections Supervisor

Cindy is a 14 year veteran with Fox Valley Plastic Surgery. Cindy brings value to her role as the Accounting and Collections Supervisor and is responsible for the overall accounting functions for the practice.

Dianne Rosenthal, Billing and Insurance Claims Coordinator

Dianne is responsible for all billing and insurance issues and is the valuable interface with the insurance companies for reconstructive surgery patients, assisting them in obtaining maximum coverage for their care.

Scheduling and Patient Relations Team

Julie Ader, Surgery Scheduler and Patient Relations Supervisor

Julie comes to Fox Valley Plastic Surgery with over 23 years in the healthcare industry, most of which was in ophthalmology. As Surgery Scheduling and Patient Relations Supervisor, she is responsible for quoting and scheduling of surgeries and for the overall performance of the patient relations specialists.

Robin Fink, Patient Relations Specialist

Robin's administrative position is to coordinate reception and patient flow at the front desk. With over 11 years of experience in various customer service settings, you are sure to feel valued and comfortable in Robin's care as her priority is to assist and serve with the highest quality of care.

Mandy Kehoe, Patient Relations Specialist

Mandy is one of the initial employees to greet you when arriving at Fox Valley Plastic Surgery. Her cheery warm smile will make you feel at ease when checking in for your appointment. With over six years of experience in various customer service settings, she is always happy to help you in any way that she can, as her priority is to assist and serve with the highest quality of care.

Amber Pickett, Patient Care Specialist/Surgical Assistant

Amber works in our practice to assist the needs of our providers to assure quality patient care. She will prepare for your visit in such a way that you feel confident and well cared for. Amber is currently pursuing a nursing degree at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Pamela Severo, Patient Care Specialist

Pam takes pride in providing a high level of quality patient care while assisting our providers. Her positive attitude and dedication to meet the needs of the patient is her top priority while assisting and serving them with the highest of valued care.

Anne Wegner, Licensed Aesthetician

Anne has been with our practice since 1996 and has been a licensed aesthetician for over 5 years. She performs all aspects of services in our spa, from facial peels to body wraps. Anne consistently excels in every facet of medispa client care, and is committed to improve the overall health and appearance of her clients' skin.

Rashell Salm, Licensed Aesthetician

Rashell has been in the aesthetic industry for over six years, helping people look and feel their best. She enjoys educating clients about their skin, recommending personalized state-of-the-art products and treatments, and building professional friendships. Rashell is available for a no-cost consultation to discuss a personalized treatment plan for you.

Jessica Ramer, Massage Therapist

Jessica has over eight years of experience and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB).

Jessica's services include Thai yoga massage, neuromuscular therapy, Swedish, hot stone and prenatal massage.
