Fox Valley Plastic Surgery Partners
with Pfister for Power Assisted Liposuction

Oshkosh, Wis. - May 11, 2007 - Fox Valley Plastic Surgery has partnered with Pfister Surgical, providers of Microaire surgical instruments, to provide power assisted liposuction (PAL) to its patients.

PAL with the Microaire device uses a reciprocating motion and sound waves to remove unwanted fat.

With PAL, less force is required to remove unwanted fat, especially in areas of more fibrous tissue. That makes the procedure easier on patients, who experience less bruising and bleeding.

Shorter oscillations with the turbo cannula from Microaire also reduce the chance of unevenness occurring in the patient.
