Procedures Depicted: Endovenous Laser Ablation Radiofrequency Ablation Sclerotherapy

This is a young active male in his early30’s.  For the last 5 years, he had multiple issues such as pain, aching, heaviness, itching, and burning in his left leg.  The symptoms had progressively worsened in recent months and had begun to interfere with his daily activities.  An ultrasound revealed that that there was venous reflux disease, varicosities, and an incompetent perforator in the left leg.  The treatment plan consisted of RFA, Varithena, EVLA and Sclerotherapy over a period of a month.  Two weeks after his last treatment, his ultrasound revealed that all his issues were resolved.  He is ecstatic with his results, and is happy to get back to running and cycling.
