Procedures Depicted: Endovenous Laser Ablation Radiofrequency Ablation Sclerotherapy

This 59 year old male patient had some swollen veins, but not enough to worry him.  Because his legs looked fine, he originally thought it was just arthritis.  Then his legs began to hurt all over and not just in his joints.  He complained of aching, pain, tiredness, fatigue, swollen ankle, leg cramps, and throbbing in his right leg.  An ultrasound revealed venous insufficiency, which was resolved with high thigh ligation, RFA, echo sclerotherapy and EVLA.
