Procedures Depicted: Endovenous Laser Ablation Radiofrequency Ablation Sclerotherapy

This 59 year old female patient described her leg condition as burning, stinging, heavy, and painful.  The legs became particularly problematic at the end of the day.  The patient had significant venous varicosities with painful lower leg tortuous varicose veins which had not responded to venous compression stockings and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agents.  She was treated with bilateral EVLA, RF ablation and echo sclerotherapy to resolve all her leg issues.
