Procedures Depicted: Breast Reconstruction

Patient had a bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction 10 years earlier. Exchanged original silicone implants with saline implants 4 years ago (not at FVPS). Now patient has breast assymetry, implant rippling, and worsening left breast pain. Performed capsulorrhaphy and bilateral implant exchange with Allergan Natrelle 410 implants. Nipples were left untouched.
