Procedures Depicted: Facelift

The bags under the patient’s eyes really bothered her.  She did not like the sagginess underneath both eyes, and felt that she looked 10 yrs older than she was. A lower lid blepharoplasty would not give the results that she was looking for, so Dr. Janssen performed a mid cheek lift.  The procedure is similar to the third stitch in a MACS lift to elevate the festoons.  The patient’s eyes and cheeks now have a smoother appearance while looking completely natural.
