This 57 year old female had a bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty. The upper eyelid surgery was covered by insurance since there was a visual field defect. The lower eyelid surgery was cosmetic and paid out of pocket by the patient. The upper and lower fat pads were also removed to rejuvenate her appearance. She looks considerably younger and more relaxed, and the patient is extremely pleased with her outcome.
