This 32 year old patient nursed all three of her children, and desired breast augmentation. She was an A cup with the right breast being larger than the left breast. Dr. Janssen made bilateral Inframammary incisions and placed the implants under the muscle. He used a Mentor a 300 mL MemoryShape gel implant on the right side, and a Mentor 345 mL MemoryShape gel implant on the left side.
