This 50 year old female patient had a gastric sleeve implanted the previous year, which resulted in a large weight loss. Unfortunately, this left her with excessive loose hanging skin. After her consultation with Dr. David Janssen, she opted for an extended abdominoplasty and a formal brachioplasty to address her issues on the abdomen and arms. In surgery, Dr. Janssen resected her abdominal pannus, which weighed 1200g. Liposuction on her arms yielded 100g of fat from her right arm and 75g on her left arm. 192g of tissue was resected from the right arm and 162g from her left arm. These procedures removed bulk and tightened her skin. These photos are post 4 months.
